An overview of the
Deep bed denitrifying filter is a unique denitrification and filtration process, which combines biological denitrification and filtration functions. The filter material is 2~3mm quartz sand medium, and the depth of the filter bed is usually 1.83m. The waste water can be in complete contact with the biofilm on the surface of the medium, even if the short flow or the impact of excess water will not have any impact on the system. The deep bed denitrifying filter can ensure that the effluent SS is less than 5mg/L. Most of the filter material surface is easy to block or harden, and soon lose the water head, and the unique homogeneous quartz sand allows solid impurities through the surface of the filter bed, deep into the filter material of the deep bed denitrifying filter, to achieve the good effect of intercepting solid matter in the depth of the whole filter tank. The working principle of
The main purpose of denitrifying deep bed filter treatment process is to remove SS, TP and TN. Direct filtration of SS and TP by micro-flocculation is used to remove SS and TP. Adding carbon source in winter has denitrifying effect, which can be used as A guarantee measure to remove TN, making SS, TP and TN of effluent reach the first class A standard. The denitrifying deep bed filter adopts 2~4mm quartz sand medium as the filter material, and the filter bed depth can reach more than 2m. Most denitrifying filters are downward flow filtration, and the surface layer is easily blocked, and the head loss is large. The unique upward flow filtration mode of reverse-chemical deep bed filter allows solid impurities to penetrate deeper into the filter bed, so as to achieve the effect of intercepting solid objects in the depth of the whole filter bed. Deep bed denitrifying filter not only has high filtration speed and good denitrification effect, but also flows with nitrogen in the same movement, without special consideration of nitrogen release measures.
