Introduction

The basic structure
Diaphragm decay aerator system is mainly composed of aeration hole bottom, the spiral gland, air flow sheet, synthetic rubber diaphragm and other parts, its component material adopts engineering plastics, assembly, as long as microcellular rubber diaphragm on the air flow board, and in line with seal aeration inside the bottom seat, then use screw to tighten gland.
The air pipe adopts polypropylene or ABS engineering plastic pipe (according to the user needs to choose), welded on the top of the 3/4 internal thread joint, the micro-hole aeration head is directly screwed on the cloth pipe, easy to install and use, is conducive to maintenance and repair.

When inflating, the air enters evenly between the rubber diaphragm through the air distribution pipe and the air flow plate. As the pressure between the diaphragm and the air equalizing plate drops gradually, the hole is gradually closed. When the pressure disappears, the diaphragm is compacted on the air equalizing plate due to the action of water pressure and the resilience of the diaphragm itself.
Due to the above configuration and the good properties of the diaphragm itself, it is impossible for the mixture in the aeration tank to backflow and therefore not to contaminate the holes. On the other hand, when the holes are open, the small amount of dust in the air due to the elastic action of the rubber does not cause the gap of the aerator to be blocked.
