All-in-one centrifugal dehydration machine
Structure and working principle
The centrifugal dewaterer is mainly composed of transfer and screw conveyor with hollow rotating shaft. After the sludge is sent into the rotary drum by hollow rotating shaft, under the action of centrifugal force generated by high-speed rotation, it is immediately thrown into the hub cavity. The proportion of sludge particles is larger, so the centrifugal force is also larger, which is used to stick on the inner wall of the hub, forming a solid layer: Water density is small, centrifugal force is small, only in the solid layer inside the liquid layer, the solid layer of sludge in the spiral conveyor slowly push, is transported to the cone end of the transfer, by the transfer around the outlet continuous discharge, liquid is discharged from the weir four overflow to transfer outside, the collection back out of the dehydrator.
